Exchange/ Return Policy
Should your Rize Ready merchandise not meet your expectations, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges in original condition with “Try On First” tags and product tags still attached. Items must be in new, unwashed condition and have no visible signs of wear or use and sent with packaging intact. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from our website.

Our policy is designed to be fair and honest, and we hope you will treat us with the same kindness. Returns will only be refunded to the original method of payment and must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns on final sale items and Gift Cards.

How do I place a return or exchange?
If you want to return or exchange an item, please reach out to support@rizeready.com with your order number, the products you would like to return, and the reason for your return and we will take care of the rest.

Can I use my own shipment method to return my robe?
No. Please only use the shipping label provided by us to process and refund your return or exchange. If you choose to use another method, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will reach us and a refund will therefore not be made.

What is the cost for a return?
We will send you a shipping label that you can use to send back the return item(s). We will not accept items mailed to us using your own shipping method. Once your item is received in unused condition (as referenced above), a refund will be issued minus a $9.95 return shipping fee. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of item receipt. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

What is the cost of an exchange?
Exchanges are free! Just make sure to have your package postmarked within 30 days of receipt, with all tags intact. Please reach out to support@rizeready.com with your order number and the products you would like to exchange, including the size and color that you currently have and what you would like instead. Once we receive your robe in new condition (as referenced above), we will send out your exchange order. Let us get you a robe that fits!
